Cavapoos are a fascinating hybrid of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the Poodle. They can be seen as smart, loyal dogs that have a ton of personality! However, their intelligence level is debatable. So how does one measure canine IQ?
Turns out there’s no way to do so yet. But we have compiled some other characteristics that make them stand out from other breeds: they’re loyal, friendly, gentle, adaptive and eager to please! What more could you ask for in a dog companion?
1. Are Cavapoos Smart or Clever Dogs?
Even though Cavapoos are seen as smart dogs, there is no actual way to measure this. The best you can do is compare them to other breeds because even the most intelligent of dogs may have some bad habits.
However, they are known for being highly loyal and easily trained. This makes them one of the smartest dog breeds out there.
2. How Intelligent are Cavapoos?
A funny thing about intelligence is that you can’t measure it. Everyone has their own definition of what makes a canine intelligent and as such, some dogs will be more intelligent than others by those standards. However, the very nature of intelligence means it’s subjective.
